You do not normally get ...

• special questions (these will normally be extra);
• translation into other languages (unless a translation is already available (see Range of Questionnaires q.v.)) - we are happy to arrange translations;
• printed questionnaire forms (you will normally print these off from the pdf forms provided);
• a service to distribute and collect the questionnaires (we are happy for quote for this if you wish);
• data entry from the questionnaires into an Excel worksheet (but we provide a pro-forma worksheet);
• a written report to accompany the appendices which are part of the standard service (but we are happy to do this - in English only, though).
